Implement shift+<key> support, and ...
Modifier state are now avaliable in key event state.
Bounded buffer for upper layer polls the key event.
A simple keyboard input demo added in k_main.c
Add a mutex lock on senstive region.
Fix ps/2 io bugs, LEDs should works now.
